Unlike my planned and detailed personalised trip to Bali, Indonesia, my trip to Krabi, Thailand was somehow left unplanned on purpose. You can say that I wanted to have some adventure and uncertainties in my Krabi trip as opposed to my very predictable trip to Bali, Indonesia. The only planning I did was to book the flight tickets and arranged my wonderful accommodation in Krabi.

Island Hopping, Jungle Trekking, Kayaking & More!
In Krabi, I planned the day’s activities as I go according to what are the available tours or activities on hand but of course, I already have some rough ideas of what I want to do or where I want to go in mind after doing some research online. Among the activities that you and I can do in Krabi are island hopping, snorkelling, diving, kayaking, rock climbing, cave exploring, Muay Thai boxing, jungle/mangrove trekking, elephant rides, snake show and many more.
I would love to experience it all but there is so much that I can do in just four days. One thing is for sure, I will definitely be going back to Krabi, Thailand again for more adventure and fun! 😉 Overall, I enjoyed my entire time in Krabi very much. Besides having a good time exploring the beauty and wonders of Krabi – its friendly people, beautiful beaches, limestone cliffs, mangrove forests, sea caves, and all, I met and made lots of new friends as well.
Below is my materialised 4 days 3 nights travel itinerary in Krabi, Thailand. For those who are planning to go to or visit Krabi, the information provided here can be used as a guide for you to plan your travel itinerary or trip. I hope that helps. Happy planning and enjoy your travel!

Hi Pham Nguyet,
Thank you for dropping by my travel blog. Glur Hostel is located about 100 metres off the main road of Moo 2, Soi Ao Nang, approximately 20-30 minutes leisurely walk to Ao Nang beach. Tuk tuks are aplenty by the main road, costing about THB80 for a one way ride from the hostel to the beach.
My very recent trip to Krabi saw me staying at Mini Boxtel Ao Nang (a new hostel), located just a stone's throw away from the beach. It's located by the Moo 2 road, much closer to the beach than Glur Hostel. You might want to consider staying there too. Since I haven't blog about it, here's the link for your reference: http://www.miniboxtel.com
I booked the Jungle Tour through the hostel I stayed. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the company that organises it. It costs about THB800 per person (lunch included). Fyi, the tour prices are subject to changed without prior notice. Please check the updated prices and book them when you arrive at your hostel.
I hope that piece of information helps! Happy travels and enjoy your trip to beautiful Krabi! Be sure to share your experience with all of us when you get back! 😀
Hi Erika
I was really enjoined your post, I'm going to Krabi this December and i found out the hostel which you recommended was totally perfect for me to stay and relaxing. But i wonder how far is it from the Ao Nang street to the hostel and otherwise, which company you've booked for the Full Day Jungle Tour? And how does it cost for per day!
Hope hearing from you soon!
Hi there,
Thank you for your comment/compliment. The sunset kayaking package by Phranang Full Moon Tour which I took last year (lantern lighting & BBQ dinner) costs about THB 1500 per person. The price is inclusive of transfer transportation, insurance, dry bag, life jacket, drinking water, kayak rental, a guide, etc.
Kindly contact Phranang Full Moon Kayaking at phranangfullmoonkayaking@gmail.com or call +066-(0)901548437 / +066-(0)901730743 for an updated/more info.
I hope that helps. Happy travels! 🙂
Hi 🙂 Thank you for posting an awesome itinerary, anw could u please tell me the price of Phranang Full Moon tour? I aready sent an email but there is not a reply yet…
Hi there,
Thank you for the comment/compliment. If I'm not mistaken, the hotels around Ao Nang are able to provide on-the-spot bookings for the tours (depending on its availability/season) like how I did for mine, but it's always wise to book in advance to avoid any disappointments.
I hope that helps. Happy travels and enjoy your trip! ^^
Awesome! Your itinerary is very adventurous indeed! I like! Does the hotels around Ao Nang be able to provide bookings on the spot for the tours like the full moon kayaking, island tour or jungle tour?! Because I was in Koh Samui and they could call and book for us. Thanks! 🙂
Hi Jeff, thanks! Indeed, I had an awesome time in Krabi. The sunset kayaking package I took that includes lantern lighting & BBQ dinner costs about THB 1500 per person. The price is inclusive of transfer transportation, insurance, dry bag, life jacket, drinking water, kayak rental, a guide, etc.
Kindly contact Phranang Full Moon Kayaking at phranangfullmoonkayaking@gmail.com or call +066-(0)901548437 / +066-(0)901730743 for more info.
I hope that helps. Do share your experience, ya? Happy travels! 🙂
awesome itinerary you got there…regarding the full moon kayaking, how much does it cost?
Thanks, Henry! If you backpack and stay in a hostel when you travel, you'll be able to save a lot of money and that money can be used on other worthwhile things/activities. Krabi is a good place to get started. I personally love Krabi very much. 😉
wooo niceee! hehe! now i need to save money first. =p
