Recently, my hubby and I embraced our inner child and fulfilled our lifelong dream to visit the happiest place on Earth – Disneyland! In May, we made a 1-day trip to Disneyland Paris, France for our honeymoon and thanks to the “Adult ticket at child price” offer from Disneyland Paris, our entrance tickets were half price! 😀

Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallee, France

After the Eiffel Tower, Disneyland Paris or formally known as Euro Disney Resort is the most visited attraction in Paris, France. It is also the most visited theme park in Europe. Disneyland Paris is located in Marnee-la-Vallee and is easily accessible by train (RER A) or bus.

Disneyland Paris consists of two parks – Disneyland Park and Walt Disney Studios Park, two shopping districts – Disney Village and Val d’Europe, eight magical Disney Hotels inspired by Disney stories, and over fifty themed restaurants. If that is not enough, there is a golf course too!

Adult Ticket at Child Price Special Offer

Thanks to a special offer from Disneyland Paris, adults can now visit the amusement park for the same price as a child. The “Adult Ticket at Child Price” offer is only available for new bookings made on Disneyland Paris’ official website between 6th May 2019 and 29th September, for a one-day visit between 7th May and 30th September, 2019.

The “Adult Ticket at Child Price” tickets are not available for purchase at the entrance of the Disney Parks, and cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts. The special offer tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and a maximum of six tickets can be booked per order.

1-Day Special Offer MINI, MAGIC & SUPER MAGIC Tickets

In general, Disneyland Paris 1-day special offer tickets have different prices depending on the time of year one visits the amusement park (within the given timeframe), and are divided into 3 categories:

MINI Ticket – For visits during weekdays (the cheapest)
MAGIC Ticket –For visits during the weekends
SUPER MAGIC Ticket – For visits during public holidays and major holidays like Christmas, Easter and Halloween (the most expensive)

The MINI, MAGIC and SUPER MAGIC tickets are only sold online and must be purchased at least one day in advance. Visitors have the option to visit either one or two amusement parks in a day – Disneyland Park and/or Walt Disney Studios Park.

In a Nutshell

It was just our luck that Disneyland Paris happens to be offering the “Adult ticket at child price” special offer at the time of our visit. Thanks to that, we ended up saving some money and had an amazing time at Disneyland Paris, France.

Based on the reviews and advice given by those who have visited Disneyland Paris, we ended up with a pair of the 1-Day, 1 Park MINI tickets (€102) and spent our entire day at Disneyland Park from 9.30am to 11pm.

During that time, we covered the entire amusement park including the shopping districts and enjoyed Disney Illumination fireworks display at night. What we experienced at Disneyland Paris, France just proves that Disneyland truly is the happiest place on earth. <3
